Chloë discovered yoga in 2003, beginning her adventure with Sivananda yoga. Nothing was easy, the pranayama was tough, the asana was insane (how was Downward facing dog a resting pose??!) but the sweetness of savasana was delicious! After her teacher moved abroad, Chloë began dipping her toe into the waters of ashtanga and the many strands of vinyasa, enjoying the challenges and variety of teachings available.
Completing her 200hr training in London, Chloë has been fortunate to have studied with many wonderful teachers internationally and has been most inspired and influenced by Shiva Rea. Chloë teaches energetic, fluid vinyasa flow classes inspired by Shiva Rea’s Prana Vinyasa methodology and has completed her further training with Shiva for her 500 hour certificate.
Using the breath as the guiding force, students are encouraged to explore the energetic flow from within the body, listening, feeling and moving with their natural rhythm. Chloë wants her students to know that they are in control of their practice, that their evolution is very personal and to help support them to develop and deepen their practice.
