Dan has been studying/ teaching Yoga since March 2014 when he travelled to India to study Ashtanga Vinyasa with ‘The Yoga People’, (followed by further training’s including Yin Yoga, Chakra philosophy and advanced asana.)
Since then he has relished his time learning from mentor Mimi Kuo-Deemer to broaden his understanding of the vast world of vinyasa flow, mindfulness & Chinese medicine and most recently completed his 200hrs in Yoga Alliance’s first accredited learn to lead Kirtan foundation training with Nikki Slade.
Dan cherishes the gift of teaching and introducing people to the world of yoga and what it can un-lock, reveal and heal through regular practice, passion and persistence. His hope is always to empower students and enable them to explore limitless potential through a strong, concise but truly mindful practice.
