After many years of letting her yoga practice come and go, in 2012 Frankie finally learned the lesson that it had to stay and stay for good. The mat was always the first port of call when life got hectically unhealthy or she felt lost and stuck in a rut. Frankie says “Everybody has to a have a constant in their life that makes them feel good, it could be reading, cycling, cooking, being around animals, for me it has always been yoga (and dogs).”
Under the continued guidance of her teacher Erin Prichard, Frankie teaches a flowing vinyasa style of yoga, moving through postures with ease using the breath to create heat in the body and quieten the mind. As a singer-songwriter from a young age, Frankie is fascinated with the power of chanting, music and yogic philosophy which she weaves throughout all of her classes.
