Issy Scobie

Issy unexpectedly found herself on a yoga mat in 2011, and was instantly hooked by the stillness yoga brought to her mind, and later by the changes that yoga made to her (formerly inflexible) body. She trained in the Ashtanga-based vinyasa flow style of yoga with Yoga London in 2014 and has been teaching in various London studios, pop-ups and on retreats ever since. Issy’s classes are challenging without being intimidating – you can expect to sweat and (hopefully) to smile, before arriving in savasana stretchier, stronger and a little steadier, in body and in mind.
