A passion for movement led Toni to train as a dancer at Italia Conti Academy in 1987. She retrained as a personal trainer and sports therapist in 2000 and discovered Yoga at this time. Whilst she enjoyed the physical challenge with more practise she began to notice changes in her whole being, not only physically but the way she would think and yoga became a passion.
Toni trained to teach yoga with Allie Hill & Toni Roberts in 2012 and since then has been studying and teaching full time.
In the last 3 years Toni has studied extensively with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and is passionate about sharing the transformative, nurturing effects prenatal, postnatal and family yoga can provide.
After having her son Xander in December 2016, Toni is enjoying teaching postnatal, mum and baby, baby yoga and HIT circuit classes with him.
Toni is keen to maintain a balanced and open attitude to her practice and teaching to create space for her students to engage in a playful and joyful exploration of this ancient practice.
