Anita Jasser is a certified Forrest Yoga teacher, a Reiki Level 2 practitioner and a body psychotherapist in training. Described as joyful, warm and caring, Anita creates a safe, supportive space and listens deeply.
Biodynamic massage is focused on your individual needs, working with the nervous system to rebalance your body. This psychotherapeutic form of massage aims to integrate all aspects of an individual – physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual and is a course of six weekly sessions or longer. Biodynamic massage provides stress reduction and relaxation, relief of internal emotional pressure as well as pain relief, release of muscular tension, increased body awareness, release of toxins and increased vitality. After the initial session, both therapist and client decide whether they would like to continue and agree dates and times in advance.
