About Catherine

Catherine has been working as an advanced Personal Trainer since 2010 in both the corporate and commercial sectors including stints with the NHS, Kings College and Citibank. Keen to experience new challenges she has run a marathon, practiced Wing Tsunami Kung Fu and currently finds balance between strength and conditioning and yoga.  With additional qualifications in Mat Pilates, Kettle Bells and Pre and Post Natal exercise, Catherine takes you safely outside your comfort zone in a fun and informative way.
