Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga works with different movements than a regular yoga class. In Kundalini we use simple rhythmical, repetitive movements and powerful breath work while meditating on a simple mantra satnam. Sat means truth and nam means identity, it’s a powerful healing practise that helps develop the meditative mind and a deeper connection to your soul.
Each class will be different, some are more physically demanding than others.
This is a Level One (L1) class, suitable for complete beginners. No prior yoga experience necessary.
