Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates, like other styles of Pilates, works the entire body through a series of repetitive exercises, helping to improve strength, postural alignment and muscle balance. Reformer Pilates makes use of a very unique piece of exercise equipment comprised of a sliding carriage, springs, handles and foot-bar to provide resistance against each motion.

We offer a variety of styles from Fundamentals, to Intermediate, Glutes+Abs, Stretch, and Pregnancy. We ask that you attend 5 Fundamentals classes so that you can get to grips with the machine before attending Intermediate, and that you attend a further 5 Intermediate classes before trying out Glutes+Abs or Stretch.

No experience needed before attending a Pregnancy Class, but please let the teacher know if you have any underlying conditions.
