Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra is a guided meditation that brings you into a state of conscious sleep. It unwinds the nervous system and induces complete physical and mental relaxation with inner awareness.

Yoga nidra is usually practised lying down at the end of class or as part of a workshop.
