Yoga nidra is a guided meditation that brings you into a state of conscious sleep. It unwinds the nervous system and induces complete physical and mental relaxation with inner awareness.
Yoga nidra is usually practised lying down at the end of class.
Dynamic Vinyasa Flow 18.30-20.00 Friday at Yogarise Peckham and 18.30-19.45 Thursday at Yogarise Streatham always conclude with this type of meditation / relaxation, but other teachers may include it in their classes from time to time.
