She draws on her experience to support and promote wellness in others. She is a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine and is currently training to become a certified functional medicine practitioner. Consultations involve an in-depth assessment of your health history and diet. Further investigation into symptoms will be done via tests to establish where there is imbalance in the body. Catherine will write a letter to your doctor requesting NHS tests and will organise private laboratory tests aimed at discovering the underlying cause of disease. These tests are not available on the NHS and provide a great insight into how the body is functioning and where it needs support. After each session you will receive dietary, supplement, lifestyle and test recommendations and analysis.
