Safely explore backends and learn how to cultivate compassion. Created by Ana Forrest, Forrest Yoga is an inspiring, empowering and deeply healing yoga practice, based on the four pillars of Breath, Strength, Integrity & Spirit. In this workshop, Anita will guide you through intelligently designed sequence to allow you to let go of tension in shoulders, back and legs. We will explore at the same time what’s happening within you as you begin to open up. This level of self-awareness as you practice has a profound healing effect on our bodies and gives an insight into what we are tensing against.
