Millions of people throughout the world regularly complain of back pain. Sometimes chronic, sometimes just a niggle here and there. But the biggest problem is that many people are misled about how to keep their spine safe. This workshop is about to let you in on some really interesting secrets. Our spine is designed to move in a million different ways and in order to keep it ‘safe’ we must continue to explore range of motion in strength and length.
In this 2 hour workshop, Julie will take you through the element of spinal movement, what are the common sources of pain, how we can release tension and how to move forward and keep your spine mobile, strong and free from injury.

We’ll spend the first hour breaking all the information down and then proceed to put it together in a flowing sequence so you can really feel the benefit of sensing how your own back moves and giving it freedom along the way.

This workshop is open to all levels of experience in movement and yoga.
