TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a powerful method for experiencing relief from stress, anxiety and trauma, releasing deeply held tension in the body by activating its natural ability to shake. This shaking process occurs through accessing the body’s tremor mechanism existing in all mammals, which is the body’s most natural way of coming down from the fight-flight-freeze response.4-WEEK COURSE:
This Introduction to TRE® course consists of four weekly sessions of 1.5 hours. Over the four weeks you will learn the technique and be able to safely continue with TRE® on your own at home, experiencing profound benefits to your emotional, mental and physical wellbeing over time.You will learn a set of stretches designed to fatigue the muscles, invoking the body’s innate ability to shake. After the exercises we then lie on the mat, remaining present, and allowing the tremors to move through the body naturally.

The group size is limited to ensure that everyone is supported with the process.
