Spring day retreat with Helen Russell-Clark and Sophie Gordon

Helen and Soph are back (whoop!) Say goodbye to winter and help us welcome Spring with a day of delicious food, community and nourishing yoga.
The day will begin with a refreshing homemade tonic followed by a 90 minute dynamic vinyasa practice lead by Helen. You will then enjoy a delicious and plentiful three course vegan lunch including DIY dessert-making with Soph.
After lunch, there will be some time to relax before a yin yoga practice with Helen. Goodie bags and hugs to send you on your way!

About Helen: Helen trained initially with Yogahaven before specialising in Rocket yoga with David Kyle and Mandala Vinyasa with The Yoga People. She teaches all over London and runs regular inversions workshops. She is passionate about sharing the wonderful healing and transformative powers of the practice of yoga.
About Soph: Soph’s passion for cooking started at a young age. Growing up was spent cooking simple meals at home with her family. She spends a lot of her spare time sourcing seasonal and fresh produce in local farmers’ markets, creating vibrant plant based dishes for herself, family and friends. Inspired by her travels to Australia and Indonesia Soph’s core aim is to create vibrant dishes with seasonal produce, being mindful of her food waste along the way and of course making sure that anyone and everyone enjoys the food she creates. Being a yogi herself, her passion for the yogic and ayurvedic food philosophy has made its way into her foodie creations and collaborations.
