Covent Garden
Getting to and from Covent Garden by public transport is incredibly easy. The tube station runs on the Piccadilly Line and is located on James Street. The station was first opened way back in April 1907. There are also buses into the area from all across London.
Covent Garden is situated between the London boroughs of Camden and Westminster. Covent Garden Market first opened back in 1654 as a small fruit and veg market to the south of the square. It was around the square that theatres, taverns and coffee houses began to spring up, which helped the area go from strength to strength.
Our yoga services in Covent Garden
Our community yoga London classes usually consist of dynamic vinyasa styled practice that is both challenging for the body and the mind. Our community yoga sessions are open to everyone of any age or ability. Classes are donation based, so there is no set fee, with money raised going towards a weekly charity.
We also run rocket yoga sessions here at Covent Garden. These sessions are invigorating and intoxicating, and you will most definitely work up a sweat. This class is best suited for those with some yoga practice behind them.
We also hold postnatal yoga sessions at our Baby and Me classes, and for those women who are pregnant and want to continue yoga or wish to learn about the benefits of yoga during pregnancy, we run pre-natal yoga classes. We also have beginners classes, so everyone is welcome!
