200HR 12-Month VINYASA Yoga Teacher Training

With Lead Teacher, Becky Farbstein

January 2024 - December 2024, YOGARISE PECKHAM

After a sold-out training this year we are super excited to invite applications to join lead teacher Becky Farbstein and faculty on the 12m Yogarise 200hr Vinyasa Teacher Training 2024.

Designed to fit around your life, the training will be held at our Peckham studio, one weekend a month, allowing you to digest and process your learning, practise in between modules, work at your own pace and reconnect with your fellow trainees each month.

We have some familiar faces joining Becky on the training, bringing you a faculty of Senior Yoga Teachers each with their own passion, skillset and specialism.

MEET YOUR LEAD TEACHER

Becky took her first yoga class at a local gym more than seventeen years ago and has been practising ever since. With no background in dance, gymnastics, or martial arts, Becky has always found dynamic yoga to be both challenging and rewarding. Becky teaches a strong and challenging vinyasa flow yoga sequence that fuses precise, anatomically-informed consideration of the physical practice with traditional yoga philosophy. She is grateful to all her teachers and gives particular thanks to Jason Crandell with whom she studied her Advanced TT. Come and meet Becky at her weekly classes at Yogarise Peckham.

WHAT DO OUR CURRENT TRAINEES SAY ABOUT THE TRAINING?

I didn't think I'd be able to find a course that wouldn't clash with my busy schedule, but the Yogarise 12m YTT is perfect, as it spreads the training days over 11 monthly weekends. This is a great format for learning too because we're given time to fully process, practice and explore each module for a month before moving on.

Personally I've found the theory, anatomy and philosophy topics fascinating and enlightening, with great group discussion and deeper insight into the world of yoga. The asana labs are also chock full of knowledge and practical takeaways for teaching.

The teachers are all incredible, they are knowledgeable, authentic and approachable. There are no "wrong questions" and all the topics/practices/skills are explained and (where relevant) demonstrated very thoroughly. Likewise, the administration is well managed and I've felt very supported both professionally and personally by all staff.

I'm halfway through the course now, and looking forward to completing the year and possibly exploring the amazing opportunity to teach community classes through the unique Yogarise programme.
I can't recommend this course highly enough!
