Angela is a bubbly, kind human who has been teaching for 2 years but has been practicing for about 10. With a decade long employment history working in mental health and most recently completing extended learning in trauma-informed yoga practices, Angela has strived to establish a teaching style that is carried out with the same level of mindfulness and inclusion. Her main focus is always thoughtful movement to ensure a holistic practice for the body, mind and soul.
