Pregnancy / Postnatal

Chloe started practising yoga as a teenager and eventually got round to completing her teacher training twenty years later, during maternity leave after having her daughter. She now specialises in teaching pre and postnatal yoga after completing her postnatal training with Birthlight and pregnancy yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.


She teaches with an emphasis on mindful movement, encouraging curiosity about how movement feels in your body. Her pre and postnatal classes aim to allow women to maintain or regain a sense of strength, stability and fluidity, and to provide a nurturing environment in this transformative stage of life.
