Echo Elliott is a yoga teacher based in Central London, she has been teaching for over 5 years and practicing yoga for nearly 14 years. She turned to yoga as path of recovery from depression and disordered eating and found it to be an amazing tool to help heal her from these past traumas.
Over the years Echo has fallen more in love with every aspect of yoga, from the physical practice to the subtle spiritual parts.
Echo has trained in various schools of Yoga including Yogasana (200hrs), Hot Yoga (200hrs), Ashtanga Vinyasa (200hrs) and Yin (50hrs) and two massage trainings (Thai Yoga Massage and Holistic Deep Tissue).
Echo’s teaching style is playful and creative, she incorporates many aspects of the practice to suit all. She has a very keen eye for detail, ensuring the practitioners work into the poses safely. Expect to build strength and flexibility, laugh and embrace falling.
Echo’s aim is to encourage and inspire more people to experience the wonderful benefits of yoga and most importantly to reconnect with themselves.
