Evelyn Adams

Vinyasa Flow / Rocket / Yin

Scottish born Evelyn fell in love with the grounding and transformational practices of yoga during theatre training and has been teaching since 2013, since becoming a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.

In the last decade, she has undertaken over 800hr of trainings in Vinyasa, Yin, Rocket  and Mandala and has found joy in guiding teacher trainings and mentoring programmes. She teaches classes that are creative, challenging and compassionate with a strong emphasis on creating accessible and inclusive spaces.

Philosophical aspects of the practice are woven into every class through mindful movements, curated music and selected readings to shift energy states and lift spirits.
