Issy teaches a strong and steady style of vinyasa flow yoga, where the emphasis is firstly on finding a full breath and secondly, on letting that breath take you into the postures that feel good in your body.
Issy graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2023, and her yoga classes are inspired by her experience as an Osteopath and the osteopathic principles that the body is capable of self-regulation and self-healing.
Issy’s yoga classes use movement and stillness to support optimum health. All bodies are different and require different treatment and movement on different days, and as such Issy’s classes offer space for students of all levels to find their own way into and out of postures.
