Dynamic Flow

Kirstie teaches a breath led, uplifting, energising flow designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed with a sense of calm and clarity. She likes to be playful and encouraging; keeping a friendly atmosphere with a no judgment policy. She is passionate about teaching all levels in order to eliminate any intimidation and make everyone feel welcome. Kirstie teaches Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin yoga.
