Yoga has been a part of Mahalia’s life for about 15 years. She has been teaching since 2013, after completing a 200 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Rocket Yoga course with The Yoga People. Mahalia has since completed over 500 hours of further training in Yin yoga, Mandala Yoga and Advanced Ashtanga Yoga.
Mahalia has always been passionate about the many benefits of living a yogic lifestyle, both spiritually and physically. Yoga and meditation has given Mahalia the space to find peace and stillness and she is passionate about sharing this with others. Mahalia believes that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or ability, and is inspired by seeing people achieve things they may have never thought possible.
