Power Yoga / Beginners Yoga
Pamela initially came to yoga as a way of healing and soon started to feel its limitless powers and wisdom. Since then, she experienced and studied a number of different yoga practices including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga and Yogasana before completing her teacher training with Stewart Gilchrist in London. Pamela teaches beginners to advanced students with a strong emphasis on breath, alignment and finding stillness in moving meditation. Originally from Berlin, electronic music has a special place in her heart and her classes. Always looking to expand her yogic knowledge, she intends to teach and live yoga on and off the mat.
Pamela is eternally grateful to all her teachers, especially Stewart Gilchrist and Amanda Denton, both of whom she still assists regularly, and Emi Tull for opening up her body and her mind in ways she didn’t think possible.
