Peace’s love for the practice began 10 years ago, and after a personal tragedy in 2013, she decided to delve deeper… After completing her foundation training in ashtanga vinyasa and rocket yoga, she completed her 500 hrs RYT training, specialising in mandala vinyasa and yin yoga. She continues to teach these styles among others, across London while also continuing with her own training as a student of yoga. She believes that the base of a good practice stems from building strength and maintaining a strong core, which she incorporates within her sequencing. She encourages students to be playful in their practice and also to be compassionate and self-aware in their bodies while challenging themselves safely in every class.
