Ryan teaches modern mindfulness, informed by the latest neuroscience, designed to fully equip you with the tools for life in the big city with all of its excitement and distractions. Classes are guided, with the goal of teaching a skill that can be applied to life outside the studio. Areas covered will include letting go, setting intentions, body scans, breathing techniques, loving-kindness, using a mantra, focus, and much more, with a different theme explored each week.

This is an open level class suitable for all levels from beginners to experienced practitioners. The teacher will adapt the class and give different options for students of different levels to explore. Wear comfortable clothing with layering to adjust for studio temperature.
