Sabrina’s movement roots trace back to her first ballet class at three years old. After training and dancing professionally for many years in the UK and Europe she sustained various injuries. She took a degree in ballet in at The Royal Academy of Dance and taught dance, then later qualified to be a Pilates instructor completing 950 hours in mat and equipment.
Sabrina started practising yoga at the age of sixteen with her Grandmother in a church hall. She practised sun salutations, Trataka and Yoga Nidra with a group of women in their fifties. Already she knew yoga would be a huge part of her life. Yoga helped her to manage anxiety and her hectic lifestyle as Pilates instructor and actor.
After after six months of therapy and taking classes with inspirational teachers, she began to look for a yoga school to train with. She completed her 200hrs in Goa with The Yoga People, in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket. And then took a further 30 hours in Rocket and Patterns, with Jamie Clark TYP and Marcus Veda. She also teaches Mandala Vinyasa.
Sabrina’s classes contain an uplifting and creative sequence (and maybe a little sweaty!). Students are given the freedom to play, gaining a deeper understanding of their body and its anatomy.
Sabrina teaches:
