Sadie was exposed to Pilates as a young dancer, where it became an integral part of her cross-training. To this day, Pilates is still a key part of her life, and it was the transformative role of the practice that led Sadie to earn a Pilates certification. Since then, Sadie has been committed to sharing her love of movement and its benefits with others. She strives to make practice accessible to all through her diverse and energetic teaching style.
Sadie blends classical Pilates principles with varied and dynamic approaches in her classes. In addition to her Pilates teaching, Sadie also teaches Barre classes and is undergoing vocational dance training in London.
