For Taz, yoga is about switching on to a conscious connectedness – to ourselves, to life, to nature, to each other and to all beings. Her teaching style is playful and light-hearted, and draws on a range of influences, encouraging you to explore your yoga practice for yourself and in your own way. Taz has a particular interest in bringing mindfulness practices to yoga. Expect to move slowly, supported by an easeful steady fullness of breath, with moments of challenge to keep you on your toes, sometimes literally.
