Taz is passionate about yoga as a positive life force and seeks to help her students cultivate a sense of compassion for themselves and for other beings.
Using creative sequencing to link mindful movement with breath awareness, she nurtures a playful practice and a chance to connect with your true self both on and off the mat. Her approach draws on a variety of styles and influences, encouraging you to explore and find your own definition of yoga. Expect to move slowly, with intention and supported by a steady fullness of breath.
She completed her initial yoga teacher training diploma with Yogacampus, studying with a host of teachers, including Sarah Litton, Catriona Brokenshire, Liz Lark, Sasha Markovic, Graham Burns, Susanne Lahusen, and more. She has since also trained in restorative yoga, a breath-oriented, introspective practice of stillness and inner quiet; an antidote to the demands and noise of modern life.
