A passion for movement led Toni to train as a dancer at Italia Conti Academy in 1987. She retrained as a personal trainer and sports therapist in 2000 and discovered yoga at this time. Whilst she enjoyed the physical challenge, with more practise she began to notice changes in her whole being, not only physically but the way she would think – and yoga became a passion.
Toni trained to teach yoga with Allie Hill & Toni Roberts in 2012 and has since been studying and teaching full time. In the last few years she has studied extensively with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Cherie Lathey, Tiffany Cruikshank, Jason Crandell and Ayala Hossmany. – Toni is passionate about sharing the transformative, nurturing effects that prenatal, postnatal and family yoga can provide.
Toni is keen to maintain a balanced and open attitude to her practice and teaching to create space for her students to engage in a playful and joyful exploration of this ancient practice.
