Mandala Vinyasa Yoga
In this fun, dynamic practice you can expect to move 360 degrees around your mat as we softly flow through strong poses and inversions to the rhythm of the breath. The class begins and closes with yin yoga postures.
The sequences are designed to target specific areas of the body, which relate to their corresponding chakra and the elements of the Mayan calendar.
