Mindfulness classes at Yogarise follow the secular tradition rooted in Buddhist teachings, focused on bringing your mind into the present moment.
This class will help you cultivate and/or deepen your understanding of and experience with mindfulness through a short orientation followed by a guided meditation practice. There will be time for reflections after, questions are welcome. The class follows a secular mindfulness tradition rooted in Buddhist teachings.

 

Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
