Mindfulness

Mindfulness class includes structured guidance to help you bring your mind
into present-moment experience. Through a short orientation/talk at the beginning of
the class, followed by a guided meditation practice, and time for questions and
reflections after, this class will help you cultivate and/or deepen your understanding
of and experience with mindfulness. The class follows a secular mindfulness tradition
that is rooted in Buddhist teachings. Suitable for beginners and experienced
practitioners.
