Do you want to learn to read Tarot? Have you felt a pull towards the magic of the Tarot but then felt overwhelmed by trying to understand the cards and what they mean? A good book can be hard to find, and what then? Are you supposed to memorise the meaning of 78 cards?

Join Tanja for this 1-day workshop exploring the cards in a fun and accessible way. We will go through the Major and Minor Arcana, look at the symbols and most importantly look at the journey and story of the cards in bigger and smaller contexts. Reading the Tarot comes from building a personal relationship with the cards, relating to the symbols and understanding how the cards fit with each other.

Before the workshop, you will be sent some pre-recorded content outlining the full deck of cards to help you become more familiar with their symbols and meaning.

Enjoy afternoon tea and cake whilst practicing your new Tarot reading skills.

By the end of the day, you will have completed the first few steps in developing your own relationship with the cards so that you can build your confidence in doing readings for yourself, friends and family.

Far more than mere fortune telling, the Tarot is an empowering tool for revelation and reflection. This workshop will help you learn to read Tarot in a more intuitive and organic way.

We will break for lunch so please bring something with you or pop out into Peckham and grab a bite. Tea & cake will be provided in the afternoon along with a deck of beautiful Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot cards for you to take home.

Tanja Mickwitz is a soul mentor, storyteller, yoga teacher trainer and journey dance facilitator.
