Her mission as a teacher is to create a safe, non-judgemental, and light-hearted space, to allow her students to grow at their pace. Her fun and engaging style reflects her biggest belief that yoga is for everyone. She likes to create an atmosphere of care and personal attention even during busy classes.
Martyna’s biggest goal is to empower people to develop their practice and feel confident on and off the mat. She believes in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, with yoga practices at the forefront of this.
Her approach in classes is based on finding a balance between modern science and the rooted traditions of yoga. By combining neuroscience, anatomically safe movement with the wisdom of ancient practice, she aims to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for all.
Martyna has done over 600 hours training in various styles. Her teachers are: Emi Tull, Jonelle Lewis, Dulce Aguilar, David Kyle and Ambra Vallo.
