Sam’s (he/him) passion for yoga began during his time at Drama School in New York, where Yoga was used as a tool for the Actor’s alignment. In 2019 he travelled to the birthplace of yoga, the spiritual Rishikesh, India, where he completed his Yoga Teacher Training at Ananda Prakash Ashram with the renowned Yogi, Yogrishi Vishvketu. Sam recently completed a Bhakti Yoga training with Charlie Kelly and Radhika Das.
Yoga for Sam is a practice to connect with the breath, consciously inhabit the body and find bliss. In the Akahanda (whole) approach, his class will consist of five elements – Asana, Pranayama, Mantra, Meditation and Yogic Wisdom. Come to Morning Bliss and Hatha Flow to feel grounded, blissful and leave with a smile on your face!
