Yin Yang Yoga
Yin-Yang is a fusion of Indian and Daoist yoga designed to stimulate the flow of energy through the body. This class balances a flowing and dynamic practice (Yang) that builds in intensity and heat, with long holds and meditative seated/lying postures (Yin), until we come to rest in stillness.
You will be encouraged to move with awareness on feeling rather than aesthetic goals, as we learn to study our own body, guiding ourselves through intuition.
