Becky took her first yoga class at a local gym nearly twelve years ago and has been practising ever since. With no background in dance, gymnastics, or martial arts, Becky has always found dynamic yoga to be both challenging and rewarding.
Expect a physically strong and intellectually challenging vinyasa class which places primacy on building an intentional and steady ujjayi breath.
Becky loves it when people breathe deep, try new things, fall out of poses, smile, and sweat profusely.
Becky is grateful to all of her teachers, especially Stewart Gilchrist, under whom she completed her first teacher training, Mark Kan, David Swenson, and Sri Sheshadri.
