50 HR ROCKET YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
WITH LEON LONDON & MAAYAN SHENHAR
1-6 JULY 2024, YOGARISE COVENT GARDEN
With the experience of leading over 12 Rocket Trainings around the world, and with a combined teaching experience of 40 years, Leon and Maayan are excited to bring their official 50-hour Rocket training to Yogarise for the first time.
The training will focus on deep understanding and advanced teaching techniques, as well as an introduction to the Rocket 1 & 2 sequences. Students will receive the tools to practice & and lead a class with confidence, assisting and cueing with a progressive and effective approach, as well as gaining an opportunity to deepen their own practice.
This training is designed for teachers with at least a 200HR training and a dynamic practice, although can be enjoyed by those who want to deepen their practice.
WHAT IS ROCKET YOGA?
Rocket yoga sequences are similar to those in Ashtanga, featuring Surya Namaskar (sun salutations), standing poses, seated poses, twists and bends. However, in Rocket yoga, students are given the freedom to modify traditional asanas, or even skip them entirely, instead of sticking to a rigid pattern.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
The Training is open to students with a strong Asana practice, as well as teachers who have completed a 200-hour training and want to learn how to teach Rocket Inspired classes. We are very excited to see the Rocket Yoga community becoming international, and this training is aimed at getting more teachers and students from around the globe to incorporate the Rocket in their Personal Practice and teachings.
