


Join us for this 2.5-hour immersion! Practice with and meet our lead teacher Becky Farbstein, meet fellow students, and get a taste of what a weekend module on our 200 hour training might feel like. Expect a dynamic vinyasa class, some restorative pranayama, an intro to ‘asana lab’ (where postures are broken down and studied), an intro to philosophy, meditation, and more. This workshop will give you the map and the experience you need to discover the power of mindfulness, and a tool kit of real-world, practical techniques to overcome stress, anxiety and burnout.

Yoga Masterclass: YinYang + Gong with Shamita Ray. Join Shamita for a creative dynamic flow practice followed by a blissful yin and gong experience.

Join us for a Yoga Masterclass with Becky Farbstein. This 2 hour class will start with a well-rounded and dynamic vinyasa practice that will leave your whole body feeling strong, balanced, and grounded. We will finish the class with reclined, restorative pranayama practice to cultivate relaxation and mental focus.

This Yoga Masterclass: 4-Beat Rocket will focus your mind and your breath on a 4-Beat count. Hold your concentration to a single, unwavering point, and immerse yourself in a state of synchronous moving meditation. Expect some fully charged yoga asana from the Rocket sequence remixed to some seriously good beats. Nino will launch the class by building up the heat and the energy with an invigorating Rocket practice, then land back on the mat to slow it down with some Yin and breathwork to close.

Relax and restore your body and mind with this restorative yoga and meditation course. During each session of this 4-week course you will be introduced to a toolkit of accessible meditation techniques, restorative poses and (pranayama) breathwork practices that can be replicated when you are home or even on the move to help you downregulate your nervous system, slow down your thoughts and connect with a sense of inner stillness.

This teachers workshop is intended to introduce Restorative yoga practices as part of a complete and balanced practice within a class. You will understand and experience the effects of restorative postures, so that you can include and sequence the practice within a movement based flow class. You will also discuss practical aspects of integrating rest into a general yoga class.

Yoga for Scoliosis with Adelene will teach you to understand how to practice with scoliosis, and explore therapeutic practices to release negative tension and tightness from a somatic approach. With open discussions held within a safe environment, Adelene will share her journey and experience growing up, living and practising with scoliosis. This is a gradual healing process and a sustainable one with full embodiment and awareness. The intention is to meet ourselves where we are, to alleviate physical discomfort; re-map postural alignment; re-establish and refine balance; release emotional and psychological tension brought about by living with scoliosis.
