Julie will take you through the element of spinal movement, what are the common sources of pain, how we can release tension and how to move forward and keep your spine mobile, strong and free from injury.
This 2 hour workshop will combine Restorative Yoga with simple meditation and breathing techniques to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and rebalanced. Rishin will share techniques that can be practiced at home to aid relaxation and maintain wellbeing whenever needed.
Through mindful coordination of body and breath, we will remove stale energy held within our physical, mental and energetic subtle bodies; letting go of 2020 to create space to make offerings for 2021.
During this weekend workshop Julie will take you through the science behind how and why we get stuck in old mental and physical patterns and how we can use our asana, pranayama and meditation to detangle the old and find new, more beneficial patterns.
