Our next Intensive 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Mexico + London starts in September 2024. Come along for a YTT Taster with Erin Prichard and explore whether this is the right programme for you. Have a practise, meet your Lead Teacher and ask plenty of questions.

A combination of rhythmic breathing, breath retentions, specially created music, movement and chanting all work together to create a unique experience. Breathwork meditations allow a space for deep reflection and intuition to come through whilst having fun in the process.

Take time for yourself this new year to slow down, unwind and relax. Move old energies out and make space for something new. Join us for a mixture of fluid flow - easy movement - seated and standing postures, restorative yoga weaved with Yoga Nidra and the sound of crystal bowls and the blissful gong.

Calling all beginners! This 4-week course is designed to give you all the tools you need to build your skills and confidence in your yoga practice. We will focus on the key postures and movements that you will encounter in many yoga classes, including sun salutations, standing poses, balances, forward folds and backbends.

Join Rebecca Bradley as she guides you through 4 different elements: Earth, Water, Fire & Air. The session will start with Yin yoga, opening up the subtle body, then building the energy up to a strong but steady Mandala Vinyasa flow exploring these 4 elements through asana.

Take a pause with Suzanne in this Yin and Yoga Nidra workshop. She will help you find a quiet space to slow down and unwind, a perfect antidote after the holiday festivities.

Leah will lead you through 4 weeks of foundational yoga inversions with a different focus each week. Leah teaches from an alignment and drill-focused place and will help you build your upside-down shapes from the ground up, giving you the skills and drills to practice not only in class but also at home.

In this two-hour workshop, we will break down some of the arm balances you might encounter during a yoga class, along with some less familiar ones, such as the notorious one-legged crow, a few varieties of headstand and pincha mayurasana. As well as a range of arm balances, we will explore different ways of getting into them (and out of them), and the poses you can do to build strength and flexibility on your journey upside down.

Many of us wish to tune in to our true nature and allow creativity to flow — but all sorts of internal and external things seem to get in the way. This workshop is designed to support you to unblock, unlock and unfurl the voice of your inner wisdom and creativity.

Join Dr Rebekah Jade for a deep dive into how music can enhance our yoga practice and help us to regulate the nervous system. You’ll learn how to connect your breath and movement to the beat, and discover some of the physiology behind the changes in the nervous system that help us feel so great during and after class.

Spend your Wednesday evenings with Annie learning how to rehabilitate the body with pilates. Save your spine, knees, ankles and hips during these sessions. Annie will help deepen your understanding of Pilates and how to ease tension and pain in the body. Learn the tools to help fix desk stress and modern living pain. Expect to feel energised and nourished after all of these sessions.

This Full Moon women's circle is an invitation for women to come together as a community, to connect deeply to our feminine power, to each other and to the earth. The ancient and sacred medicine of Cacao guides us to journey deep into our hearts, welcome in clarity, release negative emotions and align with our truth.

Loving your weekly yoga class but wish it was longer? Keen to introduce a home practice to your daily schedule but unsure where to start? Considering training to become a yoga teacher but lacking the confidence? Join us for this unique workshop where you will get to take things 'beyond the asana' and immerse yourself in all that is yoga.

This 4-Beat Rocket masterclass will focus your mind and your breath on a 4-Beat count. Hold your concentration to a single, unwavering point, and immerse yourself in a state of synchronous moving meditation. Expect some fully charged yoga asana from the Rocket sequence remixed to some seriously good beats. Nino will launch the class by building up the heat and the energy with an invigorating Rocket practice, then land back on the mat to slow it down with some Yin and breathwork to close.
