Let your subconscious creativity emerge in this yoga for writers workshop, where we will use Yoga to help you get you out of your own way, tap into your creative voice and get words on the page. Come with as little as a notebook, pen and no ideas at all, or with something you are developing that could do with a little push; leave with the confidence to write, some short scenes in your notebook and a lot of new tools and ideas to serve as a springboard into further writing.
Join us for this 2.5-hour immersion! Practice with and meet our lead teacher Becky Farbstein, meet fellow students, and get a taste of what a weekend module on our 200 hour training might feel like. Expect a dynamic vinyasa class, some restorative pranayama, an intro to ‘asana lab’ (where postures are broken down and studied), an intro to philosophy, meditation, and more. There will be a chance for an informal Q+A session over tea and cake - the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
