This 2 hour workshop will get the foundations of a Vinyasa practice really clear. We’ll go through modifications and variations to the sequences and postures that form the backbone of this style, before wondering about what could come next in the sequence (and how we’re going to get there).
During this weekend workshop Julie will take you through the science behind how and why we get stuck in old mental and physical patterns and how we can use our asana, pranayama and meditation to detangle the old and find new, more beneficial patterns.
Together, we will have space to: share and connect, dance and sing, rest and return to our essence. We will draw upon the wisdom of various practices such as restorative yoga, sensual fluid movement, sound healing, voice work and sharing with one another in circle.
