Breathe Into Bliss: Breathwork Masterclass with Sam Harman
£20 for 2 hours
Sam will lead a traditional two-hour Akhanda Yoga class to help guide you to a state of wholeness of being. The practice will involve powerful breathwork techniques to centre the mind and arrive in the space. This will flow from seated breathwork into a strong and grounded asana, designed to gather and shift energy through the body and eventually conclude in an extended relaxation and chanting. It will be a slow, mindful, conscious movement open to all – expect to feel blissful, joyful and connected after this two-hour masterclass.
Akhanda Yoga is a holistic, traditional practice involving asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation and yogic wisdom. Akhanda means ‘whole and indivisible’ and that is the goal of the practice, to achieve wholeness.
Yoga for Sam is a practice to connect with the breath, consciously inhabit the body and find bliss. In the Akahanda (whole) approach, his classes consist of five elements – Asana, Pranayama, Mantra, Meditation and Yogic Wisdom. Come to feel grounded, blissful and leave with a smile on your face!
