Teacher Training

Start your journey…

Join the Yogarise 200 Hour Teacher Training to unleash your true potential. Whether you’re looking to enhance your understanding of the many layers of yoga or change your career path, the Yogarise 200 Hour Teacher Training will equip you with the tools to teach at a high level and build your confidence as a yoga teacher.

The course will develop your understanding and build a strong foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. It will provide you with an integrated education in anatomy, teaching methodology, philosophy and practical aspects of yoga teaching.

Through daily asana practice, group discussions and practical experience you will learn to teach skilfully, guide responsibly and discover your voice as a yoga teacher.

This year each trainee will be matched with a Yogarise mentor to share experiences, knowledge and to give support to new teachers after qualifying. We also have a new pregnancy and postnatal module, which we feel will further enhance trainees’ learning experience.

Don’t miss your chance to find your inspiration and join a friendly community of like-minded Yogarisers.

Scholarship & Paid Internship

We’re really happy that, for the first time ever, we’re able to offer a pretty groundbreaking scheme (well we think, anyway!) If you were looking to find out more, and apply, then just click above and it’ll take you to the blog which houses the application and more info.

**Applications for the YTT Paid Scholarship are now closed. You can still apply for the YTT if you are self funding it though so keep reading if you’re interested!
