Nathalie has practised Yoga since 2000 and been teaching full time since 2010. Before committing herself entirely to Yoga she received extensive training in Ballet, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Floor-Barre and Contortion Training. She has always considered it her complete privilege to share every bit of knowledge she has acquired along the path with every student no matter what their level of experience. Nathalie considers herself very fortunate to have encountered some truly inspirational teachers along the way including Olof Kuijt who encouraged her to study with Dharma Mittra in New York. Her focus now is on delivering a teaching methodology that incorporates all the limbs of Yoga and empowers students with the tools to sustain their practice throughout their lifespan with patience, compassion and devotion to all.
