New to yoga? Come to one (or two, or three…) of our beginners yoga classes to get your yoga practice started and feel comfortable in a studio environment.
This class will demystify some of the key postures (and Sanskrit terms) of yoga while taking things at a slow, manageable pace. Ideal for learning the basics, before exploring other classes on our schedule.
We also offer beginners workshops and courses for a more in-depth introduction to yoga.
