Dharma is strong style of yoga designed to challenge the body and quieten the mind. Through a series of postures, the teacher will you on a journey that explores more advanced variations, such as deep back-bends and inversions.
Classes vary from teacher to teacher as they draw upon their diverse influences, trainings and yoga styles – such as Dharma Yoga, Forrest Yoga and Hatha. Unlike our ‘Dynamic Flow’ classes, this is not a vinyasa flowing style of yoga and is instead inspired by Ashtanga Yoga.
