Pregnancy pilates class at Yogarise is a 45-minute strengthening and mobilising class designed to improve your posture and prepare you for birth and beyond.
Think strong glutes, healthy pelvic floor, mobile hips and spine and open shoulders.
Lottie will use various Pilates props in your workout to assist, support and create a fun and creative Pilates session, listening to and adapting to your individual needs.
