Vinyasa + Qigong
Vinyasa + Qigong combines all the flow, movement and breath of vinyasa with slow but powerful standing forms of qigong.
This class will begin with vinyasa (with options to make it soft or more dynamic for those who wish to move before the stillness) before moving into a handful of qigong forms, an ancient Chinese system for energy cultivation and health, also at the root of many martial arts. The class will end with a short meditation and savasana.
No previous qigong experience is required.
