Dynamic Yoga
A strong style of yoga designed to challenge the body and still the mind. Through a series of postures, the teacher will take students on a journey where more advanced variations are explored such as deep back-bends and inversions. Teachers will draw upon their diverse influences, trainings and yoga styles – such as Dharma Yoga, Forrest Yoga and Hatha. Unlike our ‘Dynamic Flow’ classes this is not a vinyasa (Ashtanga inspired) flowing style of yoga. Not suitable for complete beginners.
