Learn how to release key muscles that contribute to stress in the neck, shoulders and lower back, then discover how to return your body to its optimal alignment with Anusara Yoga.

Do you ever feel pain or tension in your neck and shoulders, does your lower back ache by the end of the day? With busy lifestyles, longer working hours and even shifts in the weather, we can often feel the strain on our back, shoulders and neck.

This two part workshop will help you build an understanding of your posture + basic anatomy to learn how you can shift your habitual patterns to relieve stress physically and emotionally in the body and through this find freedom in movement and away from pain.


Katy is one of few Anusara Inspired (TM) teachers in London and has studied yoga Theraputics under the guides of Ellen Saltenstall (author of Yoga for Arthritus) and Bridget Woods- Kramer. Having suffered from neck and shoulder pain for as long as she can remember Katy has huge empathy and understanding for anyone suffering from any kind of chronic pain and how impactive it is on your daily life. Katy is passionate to share her experience with yoga therapeutics which has transformed her experience with living, understanding and relieving pain.
