Cherise (she/her) is a SE based Yoga Student, Teacher and Musician.  In 2015 she found Yoga helped to balance out the demands and fast pace of life as an artist. After going on to do her 200hr YTT in Ashtanga and Rocket in 2019, she later went on to complete a Black Lives Matter Rocket Teacher training 100hrs with Carson Clay Calhoun and Davina Davidson in 2020. And completed her 300hr Advanced YTT with Radical Darshan in February 2022, specialising in Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion within Yoga and Wellness.

Cherise brings a passion to honor tradition while contributing towards a more inclusive and accessible UK Yoga community & industry.
